Development Integration Manager

Position Purpose

Stellan has seen the commencement of significant business transformation over the last 18 months – aimed at wholistically renewing our tech stack and workflow. Traditional technologies and workflows are no longer suitable for the development of the firm moving forward, heading towards a bigger vision for the business (our people, our clients, and our brand).

Today Stellan is seeking an Integration Manager, skilled in change management, project management, and able to lead (or oversee) key projects. The focus of the role being on the delivery of such project initiatives, scoped to land seamlessly within the team and our client base.

Projects are both critical and transformational to the firm; some projects presently in play from day one, and others requiring further due diligence, analysis, and oversight for their successful launch. Key projects over the next 12 months include, but not limited to, AI enablement, client onboarding workflow enhancement, client review development, and platform migration (full systems transfer of clients and product).

The role itself is to oversee and manage the journey of our client experience in context to these projects and change initiatives. The Integration Manager will work closely with the COO and the Executive Leadership Team to focus on delivery (timing, resourcing, hurdles, training, communications, etc). This person will be skilled in supporting our 3rd party partners, vendors, who have a vested interest in the projects going to plan.


Accountabilities

Scoping context, timing, resources, and integrations of various projects (many connected and integrated with one another).

AI Enablement.

Stellan is engaging an external AI consultant to lead its embracement of AI within the firm. This role therefore would include scoping, overseeing and facilitating the implementation and training of the initiatives to which the consultant recommends.

Platform Project

Interlink between external platform and internal Stellan stakeholders to support the implementation and delivery of a platform migration project.

  • work with the external platform Project team to plan and task manage the project
  • tracking on status of project progression
  • internal communication to key stakeholders on progress
  • escalation on any project delivery constraints, issues, cost blow-outs vs plan
  • assist with implementation internally for Stellan (as required) / hand over

Workflow Enhancement

Stellan has several workflow enhancement projects on its radar, that require identification of need/gaps, documentation of flow, stakeholder engagement, impact (value), and training and implementation.

These include:

  • Onboarding
  • Annual Review
  • Trading Tool

The role would assist the existing Project Team (lead by the Operations Manager and Practice Manager) in achieving the successful delivery of these workflow enhancements.

Finally, this role will help design project celebrations to ensure we enjoy the wins and drive a culture of change.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Project Management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Carries high level of EQ (emotional intelligence and enjoys driving change)
  • 3- 5 years industry experience (technical, product, platform)

Desirable

  • Experience in, and/or understanding of project management
  • Base model AI skilled capable i.e. Claude, Co - Pilot, ChatGPT
  • Industry experience in Wealth or Funds Management or Compliance
